If I electronically file the forms currently available will any paper documents need to be mailed to the Columbus Income Tax Division?

Generally the answer will be “no”. The Division of Income Tax may need to request supporting documentation on certain returns but it is not anticipated that a paper copy of the electronic forms will need to be retained by you for possible submission to the Columbus Income Tax Division.
